About the Artist
Citrus Bunn, the creative alter ego of Clemency Bun, blossomed from an annual tradition of crafting Christmas cards for friends and family. By day, Clemency painted props and scenery in the movie industry, but by night, she yearned for creative freedom. Her frustration birthed a collection of pun-filled, fluffy friends that grew with the addition of more animal-based wordplay. The desire for creative autonomy led Clemency to showcase her cards at the Kings Cross Illustrators Fair, where they sold out in no time. Six years later, Citrus Bunn boasts a menagerie of hundreds of pun-filled critters. Clemency’s goal? Punning every creature from a David Attenborough documentary. Grateful for the support, Citrus Bunn now graces the shelves of numerous fantastic shops.
